Return and Repair Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@losashop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Warranty

We are pleased to offer a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase on items purchased from losashop.com. This includes any repairs including gold plating. We offer complimentary return shipping within the first 6 months of purchase. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer after the first 6 months.

If you purchased your item through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly to facilitate a repair. 


Repairs

While all of our pieces are built to lastwe understand that in some circumstances, the odd piece may need a little TLC over time. We are pleased to offer complimentary repairs and re-plating on any Losa Shop jewelry purchased from losashop.com. Keep in mind that shipping costs may apply, depending on the date of original purchase.

Clasp repair 8 days
Chain replacement 8 days
Stone replacement 10 days*
Post replacement (Gold) 30 days**
Post replacement (Silver) 30 days**
Re-plating 30 days


*If a gemstone came loose or fell out of a ring, pendant, or earring, please allow extra time as we may need to source a replacement gem.

**We do not do plating in-house. In addition to our in-house pre and post-plating processes, any gold-plated pieces will be sent out for plating. As a result, any repairs involving re-plating will require roughly 30 days. Thank you in advance for your patience.
